There is no cut-down edition. This is the whole system, and all of it is in either model.
Student Lifecycle
Student records, families, and enrollment. Starter keeps the roster you need in order to bill: names, class, section, guardians. Growth adds the full lifecycle: multi-step wizards, admission inquiries, promotions, surveys, ID cards, and documents.
Billing & Fees
Fee structures, monthly bills, discounts, late fees, per-student ledgers, due lists, and collection reports. This is the core of Starter: you can invoice every student and reconcile every payment from day one.
Payroll
Employee salary definitions, monthly and lecture-wise payroll, salary slips, vouchers, and expense tracking. Included in Starter so staff pay runs alongside student fees.
HR & Staff
Employee records, role configuration, leave workflows, teacher assignments, substitutions, lectures, and duties. Starter carries the employee records payroll depends on; Growth unlocks leave, substitutions, lecture tracking, and performance.
Academics
Classes, sections, subjects, academic years, rooms, timetable generation, daily diary and homework, study materials, and question banks. The teaching backbone: available from Growth.
Attendance
Daily and lecture-wise attendance for students and staff, automatic mode detection per class, trend charts, color-coded monthly calendars, and prayer attendance.
Exams & Results
Exam categories, scheduling, date sheets, spreadsheet-style marks entry, marks import, report cards, class broadsheets, position holders, and exam analytics.
Accounting
Real double-entry bookkeeping: chart of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and the fee voucher system.
Communications
Internal inbox and outbox messaging with attachments, real-time in-app notifications, unread badges, admin broadcasts, personal to-do items, and background email delivery.
Reports & Analytics
Report cards, class exam reports, award sheets, academic and attendance summaries, financial and aging reports, plus Excel and PDF export across the system.
Administration & Multi-Campus
Operations, finance, and academic dashboards, role and permission management, calendar events, global search, campus policies, and per-campus branding.
Platform & Security
Responsive web app, three languages with full RTL, theme system, role-based security, audit logging, soft delete, bulk import and export, and the background job engine.
Draw Board
An infinite whiteboard for teaching: freehand pen, shapes, arrows, text and images, with layer ordering, a reusable shape library, and finished boards shared to the class as study material.
Common questions
What is the difference between SaaS and a custom licence?
Only deployment and ownership. On SaaS we host and maintain Kampus and you pay per campus on a rolling agreement. A custom licence puts Kampus on your own servers or private cloud, with the integrations, branding, and roles shaped around your network. The modules are identical.
How is it priced?
Per campus, quoted once we know your size and which model you want. Student numbers do not change the price, so a growing intake does not grow your bill. There is no per-module charge — the whole system is included either way.
Can we start on SaaS and move to a licence later?
Yes, and nothing is re-entered. Your students, staff, fee history, and ledgers move across intact; only the hosting changes.
Where is our data stored?
On SaaS, in our managed cloud with daily backups. On a custom licence, wherever you decide — your own data centre or a private cloud region of your choosing, which is usually why groups with data-residency rules pick it.
Can we migrate data from our current system?
Bulk import from Excel and CSV is built in. On a custom licence our team handles the migration for you, including historical fee and result records.
Does Kampus work in our language?
The interface ships in English, Urdu, and Arabic, with the full layout mirrored for right-to-left scripts, including menus, tables, forms, and reports.
